All our garments are made-to-order and specially handcrafted for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

As each piece is custom-created, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, we are happy to assist you with alterations.
For international orders requiring alterations, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. We recommend at least one trial to ensure the garment is tailored to your perfect fit.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipping across India, and all domestic shipping charges are fully borne by us.

For international orders, shipping charges will be additional and calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination country of the product. The applicable shipping cost will be shared upon inquiry prior to dispatch.

TAXES & DUTIES

All product prices listed on our website are at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

For international deliveries, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the prices displayed are exclusive of import duties and taxes.
