At Palki, every creation is thoughtfully crafted, often made-to-order and tailored to your individual preferences, measurements, and selections, reflecting the essence of bespoke craftsmanship. As each piece is uniquely created, we follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy across all products, including customized designs and sale items. We request clients to carefully review all order details before confirming their purchase. In the case of ready-to-dispatch pieces, minor size alterations may be assisted with on a case-by-case basis. If measurements or required order details are not provided within six (6) months of order confirmation, the order will be treated as cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund. All garments undergo thorough quality checks prior to dispatch; however, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images for review, following which our team will determine an appropriate resolution.
