Delivery Timelines

Made-to-Order Pieces:

Our standard delivery timeline is approximately 7–8 weeks (45–50 working days) from the date of order confirmation.

Ready-to-Dispatch Pieces:
Select styles are available for immediate shipping and are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, with delivery timelines depending on your location.

Taxes & Duties

All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable maximum retail price (MRP) within India.

For international orders, Palki follows a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) model. This means that the prices displayed do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in the destination country.

As the recipient, you will be responsible for any such duties and taxes levied at the time of delivery. These charges must be settled directly with the shipping carrier or customs authorities in order for your order to be released and delivered.
