Given the bespoke nature of our creations, orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. This applies across all categories, including customized designs and sale pieces, as each outfit is uniquely made and cannot be reassigned.
We kindly encourage you to review all details—design choices, measurements, and specifications—carefully before confirming your order. In the event that required measurements or inputs are not shared within six (6) months of placing the order, it will be treated as cancelled without eligibility for a refund.
